What to Expect
1. Before you come:
2. Intake Process
We recommend loose and comfortable clothing to allow us to examine and treat the problematic area. For example, if you have a knee injury, it would best to wear shorts.
Please bring any medical information or imaging related to your case as well as a list of current medications.
3. Treatment
If it is determined chiropractic care will be beneficial, treatment can then begin after your consent is obtained.
A typical chiropractic treatment usually consists of education, manual therapy, modalities, and an exercise prescription.
We offer a wide range of treatments which can be viewed on our services page.
On your first visit, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete our intake form. You will then be escorted into a treatment room where you will meet Dr. Paciocco.
Your first appointment will take a little longer than usual as we will start with a comprehensive health history to best understand your concerns. We will perform a physical examination of your problem area using a variety of techniques to assess the problem.
Once completed, Dr. Paciocco will discuss his diagnosis with you as well as next steps including whether chiropractic care is right for you.

Do I need a medical doctor referral?
You do not need any referral! Chiropractors are primary healthcare practitioners and as such we can be the first point of contact for patient concerns. Simply book an appointment or walk in.
What is the 'popping' sound during an adjustment?
The ‘popping’ or ‘cracking’ sound heard during an adjustment is the release of gas within the joint cavity caused by a small change in pressure. The sound is not bones cracking or bones being ‘put back in’.
Are chiropractic adjustments safe?
Chiropractic adjustments are predominately safe when performed by a licensed and trained chiropractor. They involve precise and controlled movements to improve joint mobility and reduce pain. Chiropractors undergo extensive education and training to ensure they can safely diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions.
Chiropractors screen patients carefully to ensure adjustments are appropriate for their specific condition. Dr. Paciocco always clearly communicates before performing an adjustment and walks his patients through their treatment each step of the way.
Most patients experience relief and improved function after adjustments. Serious side effects are extremely rare.
